General Terms and Conditions of Sale. 

Please note that all items purchased shall remain the sole property of the vendor until paid in full.
Payment terms are COD unless otherwise arranged. Please call ahead for credit arrangements. Accounts with terms are Net 30 days by cheque/ EFT/ E-Transfer from the date of each invoice, unless otherwise stated. If accounts are to be paid with Visa or MasterCard payment must be made
within 7 days of the invoice date. Overdue accounts subject to interest. PA Software Inc. reserves the right to revoke credit for any reason.
Special orders must be prepaid or a binding purchase order should be sent to confirm the order. Special orders are non-returnable.
There is a $30 charge on all NSF cheques. Collection agency fees are payable by the customer.
Returns are not accepted on open merchandise. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the manager and will carry a restocking fee.
Defective items may be returned within 7 days. Defective items past the return period must be returned to the manufacturer unless PA Software is the authorized service centre for that vendor. In some cases, PA Software is able to return the product for the customer, in which case there are administration and shipping fees. Please remember that labour is not covered under warranty unless specified or PA Software is the Authorized Service Centre for the product; labour to diagnose and replace defective parts is the responsibility of the customer. PA Software Inc. does not warranty labour. All warranty for defective parts and any additional hardware failure resulting from defective parts, is the responsibility of the customer and or the manufacturer, subject to the manufacturer's Terms & Conditions.
